About this Course

This 3-hour course introduces the practitioner to a Yoga Informed approach for mental health care. You will be guided through an overview of the core theories and practices in the 2,500 year old tradition of Yoga, learn a foundational framework of somatic therapy models for healing, and explore intersections of neurophysiology, breath work and embodiment science. You will leave with a solid understanding of these approaches, an integrative assessment tool and ways to blend it into contemporary psychotherapeutic care. Through a focused and interactive presentation live or online, you will leave with overview of the benefits and access to a cutting-edge holistic care model.
