one day workshop

In this workshop, we will introduce yoga as a method for working with the mind and body. We will explore the science behind why yoga works and introduce experientially the aspects of yoga that we have found to be highly effective in working with clients in a mental health context. Yoga will be explored as the most ancient of the body-centered psychotherapies.

Participants will leave the workshop with tools they can begin incorporating into their own lives and professional practices immediately. This workshop also serves as in introduction to the more in-depth trainings below.

Workshops are typically scheduled from 10am-6pm with a lunch break and take place on Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays. Up to 8 CEUS are available for this training.
